This prime position, close to the town of Altea, restaurants, bars, shops, Promenade, Golf Course, all less than a ten minute drive. Whilst being accessible to all these facilities, the apartment provides a total contrast due to its location. This peaceful scenic small area of the coastline has a natural beach available to those staying in this complex. Also available, pool and lounging area.

Accommodation: Spacious lounge/dining area with patio doors to terrace. A lovely light simply decorated room. One double bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and terrace. Although the terrace is small a couple can easily sit out on it and relax, the apartment has been designed to benefit from its location and its interior. You will be somewhat spoilt for choice having the terrace, pool area and beach to choose from.
